The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for defending legal claims. Application data is generally retained for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted within 6 months after completion.
3. Contract Fulfilment and Service Provision
For the establishment, performance, and management of contracts, we process data such as name, address, email address, phone number, access data, billing data, and other information necessary to provide our services.
